Bradenton Skate Park Update!

The Bradenton City Council unanimously approved the Riverwalk Project tonight, which includes plans for a 13,000 square foot SKATE PARK! Check out the story here.

Reminder: Bradenton City Council Meeting – Riverfront Vote is Tonight!

This evening, Wednesday, February 23rd @ 6 pm the Bradenton City Council will be voting on the final proposal for the Riverwalk Project. The Riverwalk Project is a project to revitalize the downtown Bradenton area along the Manatee River, and includes plans for a 13,000 sq. ft. SKATEPARK! It is very important that we, as skateboarders, show our support in large numbers, so that the City of Bradenton understands that we want a FREE, well-lit, and professionally built skatepark, that will be fun for skaters of all ages. Please come out and show your support!

Bradenton Skatepark Update!

This morning the Bradenton DDA unanimously approved the Realize Bradenton Riverwalk Concept Plan, of which a professionally built and designed concrete skatepark is a part of. On February 23rd at 6 pm, the Bradenton City Council will be voting on this matter, moving it even one more step closer to becoming a reality. There was a decent turnout of skatepark supporters at the meeting this morning, but at the meeting on February 23rd let’s show overwhelming support from all over Tampa Bay! So, mark your calendars now…Wednesday, February 23rd at 6 pm.
